Whether you're looking for Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Energy Work, or Injury Recovery the following rates apply for all my techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai massage, Cupping massage, Therapeutic Heat, Geriatric, and Foot Reflexology.
Time of Service Rate:
Rather than assume certain age demographics or life experienced folks either are...or aren't...capable of paying, I let you decide what is affordable for you. I offer a sliding scale for all clients (no pre-authorization) :
60 mins: $50-$70
90 mins: $80-$100
120 mins: $150 flat rate, must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
More insurance companies now cover massage as a benefit for their subscribers. Therapeutic massage is approached differently and requires a more extensive in office examination, referral from your doctor, and detailed reports. All therapeutic massage is billed at $44 per 15 minutes. Clients are welcome to pay the time of service rate and will be provided a receipt to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier (no documentation will be sent to your insurance company).
No tips. I don't offer tipping options. Just as you wouldn't tip your dentist or chiropractor, you don't need to tip me. With the sliding scale system, pay within the range of what you feel is appropriate.
I offer house calls for hospice clients only. I offer in home/hospital/care center hospice on a donation basis. For more information on hospice massage, click here.
I accept Visa/MC/Debit and MVA/PIP claims with Dr/Chiropractor referral and prior confirmation with insurance company. I am an in-network provider for Regence BCBS of Oregon and Cigna. I am happy to check with your insurance carrier for massage benefits. Please allow two business days for verification of personal insurance. If paying in cash, please have exact amount as I generally do not carry any cash to make change.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please make every effort to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Since I work by appointment only, I hold that space only for you. If you no show/no call you will be charged for the appointment in full and we will not be scheduling future sessions with each other again. I value and respect your time and expect the same in return. Life is subject to change at any moment and I respect this. Emergency cancellations do require a contact at some point to notify me. Frequent last minute cancellations will put you on a same day only appointment list. This means that you will not be able to schedule an appointment beyond the day of.
I respect your privacy and that we live in a small town. I purposefully leave 30 minutes between each client so there is no wait time in your car or lobby, and minimal chance clients see each other in passing. It is important that you arrive no later than 5 minutes past your appointment time to allow for effective cleaning between appointments. Clients showing up later than 5 minutes will not be able to receive their fully scheduled session, and 15 minutes late is immediate session cancellation with full charge of the session.
